Great progress is being made out at the Donaghmoyne Road and the building is now almost up to roof level and the ceiling joists are also in place. The new car park area has been filled up to its new level and work on the pedestrian walkway has also started. Click here to see pictures of the progress. The building works at the Donaghmoyne Road commenced on Wednesday 22nd April.

Please take great care when out at the Donaghmoyne Road for training or matches. The area under development is a building site with large machinery and excavations so it is a very dangerous environment especially for children. No access is permitted at anytime except with the permission of the contractor along with the proper safety gear and an up to date Safe Pass card.

Please check back here over the coming weeks to see the development taking shape.

At a club meeting held on Tuesday night in the Emmet Centre; details were announced surrounding the construction of our new facilities on the Donaghmoyne Road. Local contractor Aiden Slevin will move his machinery and men on to the site next week to commence the erection of the Emmets new building which will include four dressing rooms, toilets and other auxiliary facilities as well a plant room and storage area.
